CrossLife training is a Biblical Christ-centered way of discipling and counseling. It is based on Galations 2:20a gI have been crucified with Christ, and I no longer live but Christ lives in meh. Our identity is in Christ. We have exchanged our life for His and it is in Christ who lives in and through us to meet our needs. We have exchanged our weaknesses for His strength and rely on Christ to meet our needs from our union with Him in our spirit.
There are four levels of training:

Lord, I still remember vividly when this journey of understanding my new life in you began, back in October, 2000. I remember my feeling of complete defeat regarding living the Christian Life by my own self-discipline. I was done trying to do it my way. Suddenly that verse of Galatians 2:20 began to finally make sense. I had known it by heart since High School, yet no matter how hard I tried to understand it, it never truly made sense until I finally firsthand experienced it. I am wonderfully dead, and loving every minute of it. Thus the new life I live is no longer about me, but you, and my joined union with you. So when I get up in the morning, it's not me, but we. When I kiss my wife, it's not me, but we. When I preach a message, peel potatoes, or pull weeds, it's not me, but we. There's not a moment I breathe without being in complete union with your life. Therefore I have both much and nothing to brag about all at once. I have everything to brag about you and my life in you. I have nothing to brag about me, because the independent "I" no longer exists.
